Bill Gottfried is a Managing Director of GOTTFRIED INTERNATIONAL ESTATES representing premium properties in the U.S. and in international markets. He is a licensed real estate Agent in the State of Texas and has been a real estate investor since 1977. Bill is a Certified Negotiation Expert® and is Transnational Referral Certified©. Bill possesses over 35 years of business and financial managment experience in North and South America, Europe, Russia, the Caspian/Central Asia Region, and the Middle East having begun his career in the Arabian-Persian Gulf as a Supply Officer for the U.S. Navy in Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Yemen following graduation from the U.S. Naval Officer's Candidate School in Newport, Rhode Island. Following his Navy service, Bill worked with Mobil Oil Corp., the Department of Energy in Washington, D.C., with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc., and with a Houston based management consulting firm. Bill formed GOTTFRIED INTERNATIONAL ESTATES at Keller Williams Realty to provide high quality professional service to the international real estate industry. Bill serves on the International Committee of the Texas Association of Realtors and the International Council Advisory Group of the Houston Association of Realtors; he is a Member of AMPI in Mexico. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Houston Association of Realtors and on the Board of the Texas Association of Realtors. Bill holds a B.S. in Petroleum Marketing from The University of Tulsa, Tulsa, Oklahoma, a M.B.A. in International Business from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C., and he attends Harvard Business School's Executive Education Programs. He is an Eagle Scout and is a member of The Army and Navy Club in Washington, D.C., the Houston Energy Finance Group, the Houston Producers Forum, the Texas Independent Producers & Royalty Owners Association, the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, the Houston Geological Society, and the Independent Petroleum Association of America. He has been listed in the Financial Times "Who's Who in World Oil & Gas". In addition, Bill is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gottfried International, Inc., www.gottfriedinternational.com, an international management consulting and executive search firm active in oil and gas, agribusiness, plant science, biofuels, biotechnology, and space technology. Bill formed the Energy Committee of the U.S.-Russia Business Council in Washington, D.C. His Family has lived in Mexico since 1910 when his Grandfather moved to Mexico City from Lima, Peru. Danielle Gottfried is a Managing Director of GOTTFRIED INTERNATIONAL ESTATES and has been a licensed real estate Agent in the State of Texas and a real estate investor since 1980, starting her career with one of the leading luxury real estate brokerage companies in Houston. Danielle is a Certified Negotiation Expert® and she is Transnational Referral Certified©. Danielle is responsible for managing the marketing and sales transactions for our luxury resort and high-end residential real estate activities in the U.S. and in international markets. Danielle has worked successfully with international buyers, sellers, and investors by providing them with superior service, timely transactions, and creating the maximum value for their investments. Danielle provides her clients with integrated marketing strategies specifically designed to achieve their objectives. Danielle earned a B.S. degree in Elementary Education from Gwynedd-Mercy College in Gwynedd Valley, Pennsylvania, a M.Ed. degree in Elementary Education, minor in Child Psychology, from The Trenton State College (now The College of New Jersey) in Trenton, N.J., and she holds a Reading Certification from Lehigh University, located in Lehigh, Pennsylvania. Danielle is the founder of Caravaca Academy and Apple Core Coalition, both located in Houston, and both focused on enhancing elementary education and academic excellence in the Houston Metropolitan Area.
